Understanding your subscription and credits

Subscriptions are billed in South African Rand (ZAR) through Paystack. Each billing period includes a number of session credits based on your plan.

Credits are consumed when you book sessions (one-to-one or group, depending on the product). You can view remaining credits and renewal dates under Subscription in the app. Cancelling your subscription typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in the app.
