Cancelling a session and credit refunds

For one-to-one sessions, if you cancel at least the minimum hours before the start time set in platform rules (often 24 hours), your session credit is usually returned to your subscription. Late cancellations may not refund credits except where an administrator approves an exception.

Group sessions may follow different rules for seats paid with credits or cash — check the message shown when you cancel a seat.
