Getting started is easy! Create a free account to access our online student portal, explore plans, and book sessions—or contact us through the website or phone for a consultation. We'll discuss your goals and match you with the right support.
Click “Start Learning for Free” (or “Sign up”) on our website, complete the short registration, and you’ll land in your CLC dashboard. From there you can add learner profiles, review plans, and book sessions when you’re ready.
Your dashboard is the hub for online learning: view and manage one-on-one and group bookings, join live video sessions at the scheduled time, track subscription or package status, browse published group sessions (including specials and masterclasses when offered), and access help resources. Sessions use our built-in browser-based classroom—no separate video app required.
We offer tutoring across all major subjects including Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, English, Afrikaans, History, Geography, Accounting, and more. From Grade 1 to Matric and beyond.
All our tutors hold relevant qualifications in their subject areas, undergo thorough background checks, and have proven teaching experience. Many are certified educators or postgraduate students.
We separate two kinds of fees: (1) In-person and centre-based programmes—monthly packages like homework support and one-on-one blocks are summarised on the Centre fees page and confirmed when you enquire or visit us. (2) Online platform subscriptions—plans, credits, and monthly prices are configured by CLC in the app; sign in and open Checkout to see what applies to your family. You can also buy or use credits for small-group sessions in the app—especially popular for learners who want to level up skills and close gaps—and discover scheduled special classes and masterclasses when CLC publishes them. Yes. One-on-one and group sessions can be held online through CLC’s web platform. After you book, open your dashboard at the scheduled time and join using our built-in video classroom—secure, in-browser video without juggling separate meeting apps or links. For the best experience, use a stable internet connection and a device with a working microphone (and camera when you want video on).
Sign in to the student portal, go to your dashboard, and book a session according to your plan or trial eligibility. When the session starts, use the join action from your dashboard to enter the live classroom in the browser. If you need help, visit our Help centre or contact us.
We understand plans change. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with our configured notice period at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
